New Azek Deck adds Outdoor Living Space in Newton, MA

Our Newton Center clients were looking to make their unused outdoor space more functional. With TCC’s help, they were eager to create an outdoor living area to enjoy the beautiful summer days New England has to offer.

This home’s current configuration easily allowed for the ability to install a raised 12×16 deck for their backyard. Pressure treated framing was used to create the structure on top of the new concrete footings and 6” slab. To allow this year-round deck to withstand New England’s changing seasons, composite was the material of choice. This durable material can withstand heavy rain in the spring, blistering sun in the summer, and heavy packed snow in the winter. An added bonus- this Timbertech dark teak decking is easy to maintain, rot resistant and looks beautiful against the new Azek trim and railing system. What’s not to love?

Lastly, a new Pella Encompass sliding door was installed to allow for the transition between indoor and outdoor living to be seamless. Our new clients are left with a beautiful deck made from quality, durable materials to enjoy for years to come.
