Before Tom Curren Arrived: 

The homeowners were looking to make their unused outdoor space more functional. With TCC’s help, they were eager to create an outdoor living area to enjoy the beautiful summer days New England has to offer.

Our Process:

This home’s current configuration easily allowed for the ability to install a raised 12×16 deck for their backyard. Pressure treated framing was used to create the structure on top of the new concrete footings and 6” slab. Timbertech dark teak decking looks beautiful against the Azek trim and railing system, installed for durability and appeal. Lastly, a new Pella Encompass sliding door was installed to allow for the transition between indoor and outdoor living to be seamless.
