Final Project Details:
Project Details: Remodel
Paint Color: Benjamin Moore, Fountain Spout
Town: Sudbury, MA
Before Tom Curren Arrived:
This Sudbury homeowner has been working with us since 2007 and for over 10 years they continue to request our services whenever they have home renovation projects. To maximize the most of their space and create an office, they decided to completely refinish their attic.
Our Process:
The crews started by completely framing the attic space and then they installed four new windows that reside on the exterior of the home. The electric work was completed for recess lighting which included multiple outlets, six overhead lights, two baseboard heaters & a New 50 amp Sub Panel. The crew then diligently sprayed insulation in the floors, ceiling and walls which was followed by new baseboards and plaster. Once the walls were insulated and finished, the painters used a primer and Benjamin Moore’s Fountain Spout to give the new walls three fresh coats of paint. This blue color really made the upstairs space pop when the sunlight came in.
After Tom Curren Left:
Tom Curren crews left these happy clients with a completely refinished attic that will be used as a multipurpose space including an office and library. It completely transformed their way of life as far as working in and out of the “office.” while also adding value to their home. Maintaining ongoing client relationships has always been important to us so we can continue to help create the home of their dreams project by project!
