Final Project Details:
Project Details: Full house exterior paint & carpentry
Paint Color: Benjamin’s Historic Collection, Salisbury Green
Town: Concord, MA
Before Tom Curren Arrived:
Long time clients of TCC wanted to make a bold change to the exterior of the house as well as a few small touch-ups made to their front porch, back steps, and have a window sill replaced. We swooped into Concord with our “can-do” attitude to turn their wants into a reality. We have had a working relationship with these homeowners since 2005 and have completed various other projects at their home.
Our Process:
This Concord home was being updated with a full exterior paint job to give it a clean and classic finish. The house was hand scrubbed on all sides with bleach and jomax to remove excess dirt and paint which was then followed by all exterior glass being cleaned. The siding, trim, window casings and exterior doors were all scraped, feather sanded and spot primed before any paint was added into the mix. The Historic Collection from Benjamin Moore was applied; Salisbury Green on the siding and Black Forest Green on the doors. Marble White on the trim allows for a fresh, clean curb appeal.
After Tom Curren Left:
TCC was able to bring another set of smiles to our long time client in Concord after finishing the job. They were very satisfied by the contrast that the shutters played on the classy, light color of the house. We hope to continue servicing these homeowners in all projects.
