This Concord home experienced water damage, as clearly shown in the image above! Our crew installed new insulation and blue board. A flat white was applied to the ceiling, while the walls were an eggshell finish. The existing shelving unit was removed, with a new oak shelving unit was built and installed beneath the window.

The company's prices are very high and the paper work perhaps unwieldy, but the young staff is competent and polite and the technician who came to our house was hard working, respectful, and competent.

We had a bit of a lag in communication, but otherwise Colby was excellent.

We had our house power washed. The technician had a problem with his transportation but took the time to phone me. Once he arrived, he worked hard and carefully and did an especially excellent job on our moldy porches.
