Before Tom Curren Arrived: 

The homeowners wanted a more fresh fitting look to their classic New England style home in Needham Heights. Along with the withering of the color, the house also had several carpentry components that needed to be repaired. They contacted the experts at Tom Curren Companies, and we started right away!

Our Process: 

This Needham Heights home was in need of a thorough carpentry inspection due to weather exposure and a full exterior painting from top to bottom also including the siding, trim, window casings, doors, garage door, front porch and ceiling . First, the house was scrubbed by hand with bleach and Jomax. From there, we cleaned all exterior glass on the home. We removed and replaced six linear feet of water table board in the back corner of the home before any priming began. All of the siding, trim, window casings, doors, garage door, front porch and ceilings were scraped, feather sanded, spot primed and painted with two full coats. The siding received Benjamin Moore’s Coventry Gray , while the trim, Cloud Cover. Breathtaking results!
