These homeowners wanted to update their exterior by changing the color from their previous neutral tone, as well as enhance their decking material for easier maintenance and durability. After the initial meeting, these wonderful clients agreed to work with TCC and so began our work!
Our Process:
Upon our initial inspection, our team first replaced any rotten corner, fascia and trim boards on the home with Azek composite material. Once the carpentry repairs were completed, our crews then began washing the exterior with jomax and bleach to remove any excess mildew, dirt and debris. All siding, trim and doors were then thoroughly prepared by scraping off failing paint, feather sanding, spot priming and applying two finish coats of paint. The large back deck and three entryway landings were replaced with new Azek composite decking in Slate Grey from the Vintage Collection. All skirt, trim and risers were also updated with white Azek composite to complete the transformation.Â
